How much do invitations from Zenadia Design cost?

Because each wedding invitation is unique in design it is also unique in pricing. Pricing is based on the intricacy of each design as well as the printing process, materials, and paper used. Pricing for couture invitations starts at $15.00 per set with a minimum order of $1500.00. Please contact us if you wish to discuss custom pricing for your couture invitations.

What is included in an invitation set?

An invitation set consists of one invitation, reply card, reply envelope and outer mailing envelope. Envelopes include return address printing.

How does the process of custom design invitations work?

The process starts out with a conversation. We will want to know all about your big day and just get to know you. After the conversation, we begin the design process. At this time we start to develop ideas for your invitation. Once you decide on a design, the proofing process begins. You will be allowed several rounds of revisions, should you need them. After you sign off the final proof, printing and assembly begins. Once this is complete your order is ready to be delivered!

When should I order my invitations?

With custom designed invitations its never too soon to get started. The creative process can take 4-5 months, and we recommend mailing your invitations out 6-8 weeks before your special event. However, the more time you allot in your planning process for invitations the more time we have to design and assemble your perfect invitation suite! Also, if you are ordering save the dates and other paper products please contact us right away as sometimes save the dates go out one year in advance!

What if I need to cancel my order?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

In the event of cancellation of your job, the initial deposit shall be retained by Zenadia Design as a cancellation fee. Any goods or services ordered to fulfill your order cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the initial deposit. Refund schedule is as follows: 50% of initial deposit after three business days; 25% of initial deposit after five business days; no refund after seven business days.

Can we still work together if I don’t live in Santa Barbara?

Absolutely. Thanks to modern technology, we are able to work with clients all over the world.

Can you send samples?

Sample packs are available for purchase, that contain a sampling of our work. They may or may not include the specific invitation you are wanting to see, however they will give you a little taste of our style and the quality of our work and materials.

How many invitations should I order?

Always order 15-25 more invitations than you think you need. It costs far more to get invitations re-printed than to order the extras in the initial print run.

Can you design other paper products for me too?
