Consultation
The design process beings with an initial consultation either via phone, video conference or in person. At this meeting, we will want to get to know all about you and what you envision for your upcoming event. Tear sheets, and any visual or inspiration items you think would help us formulate your invitation design are always welcome. After the initial consultation, estimates will be provided based on your project specifications.
Booking
Once an estimate is agreed upon, you will be provided with a service contract. To initiate the design phase, we require the service contract to be signed and returned along with a two hundred dollar deposit. In order to make the design process streamlined and stress free, you will also be provided with a detailed schedule of due dates and when you will need to provide feedback during the process.
Design Time
This is the time we start to develop ideas for your invitations. During the Zenadia Design couture invitation experience, we work closely with you to make sure you are getting an invitation you love. You will be provided with several different designs, and from there, it’s a collaborative creative process fine tuning and revising your designs until we achieve the optimum look for you.
Proofing
You will be provided with a hard copy proof of your selected design. This proof will need to be signed off in order to begin production, and the remaining balance will be due at this time.
Printing and Production
Each invitation is meticulously made by hand in house, allowing us to oversee production and ultimately provide you with a perfectly crafted work of art. Depending on the complexity of your design and the processes involved, the production process can take anywhere from three to six weeks to complete. In addition to invitation production, we also offer addressing services in the form of calligraphy or envelope printing. Please factor in at least one to two extra weeks for this.
Delivery
Once your invitations are completed, they will be shipped off to you, unless you choose to use our mailing services. In which case you will be notified of the date we plan to mail your invitations to each guest.
