First Meeting

The design process begins with a consultation either via phone or in person. At this consultation we will want to get to know you, and what you envision for your upcoming event. Tear sheets, bridesmaid dress swatches and any visual or inspiration items you think would help us formulate your invitation design are always welcome. After the initial consultation, estimates will be provided based on your project specifications.

Design Time

Once an estimate is agreed upon, you will be provided with a service contract to initiate the design phase. At this time, we start to develop ideas for your invitations. Zenadia Design will provide you with 3-6 design options. This is the time to fine tune and provide feedback on the designs. Once a design is decided upon, a hard copy proof will be provided.

Proof Process

Any needed changes must be noted on the proof. We require that you sign your approval on the final proof. Please proof carefully! Once you give final written approval of the design, Zenadia Design is not responsible for formatting and typographical errors on the final product.

Printing and Assembly

Once the proof is signed off, printing and assembly begin on your invitations! Depending upon printing process and design complexity, printing and assembly can anywhere from 3-7 weeks.
